All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused content, or dissatisfaction with the service. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which access to paid content will terminate. Any chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content published on this Substack, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and other materials (“Content”), is the exclusive property of Eira Vele and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, republishing, or creating derivative works from any Content without express written permission.

1. USER CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
